What Sets GroCo Apart
You don’t need a whole-facility project to call GroCo. A damaged joint, worn coating, kitchen repair, or problem around a drain deserves a practical solution and an owner’s attention.

How We Work
Most epoxy contractors install whatever system they sell. We work with multiple manufacturers — Sherwin-Williams, Sika, Tnemec, Florock, Dur-A-Flex, ResTek — because no single flooring system is right for every commercial floor.
Before we recommend anything, we walk your facility. We assess the concrete substrate, your traffic profile, your chemical exposure, your operational constraints, and your budget. Then — and only then — do we recommend a system.
That assessment helps us address the cause of the problem and choose preparation, materials, and a maintenance plan that fit your floor.
